This file is a PS2 PKG file explorer. It can extract, view and modify most things related to PS2 PKG files. I am writing this post because I want to introduce a package that can help you a lot if you are interested in PS2 PKG files. This is the PS2 PFS Explorer 0.7.0. 26E. It is a program I have devised to help you with PS2 PKG files. This program is not my work.
